Westwood Village is a unique and vibrant commercial district located on the Westside of Los Angeles. Our district serves a population of over 220,000 people living within a three-mile radius. Westwood is easily assessable, located between the 405 freeway and Wilshire Blvd. Every major Los Angeles bus line comes through Westwood, and the Metro Purple Line extension will include Westwood stations beginning in 2024.

Westwood is affluent, and highly educated. The average household income within a three-mile radius is over $112,000 and the average home price in the surrounding neighborhoods of Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Bel Air is over $1,000,000. Nearly 70 percent of this population has a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Westwood Village is bordered to the north by UCLA and its student population of over 40,000 plus a faculty and staff population of an additional 30,000. UCLA is also the home of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, one of the top five hospitals in the country. On the Village’s southern border is the Wilshire Office corridor, home to 11 Class A office towers, millions of square feet, and thousands of people who use the commercial district on a regular basis.
