The WVIA is bringing the spirit of the holidays to Westwood Village and hosting a festive family day with a free screening of the movie Elf on Saturday, December 8, 2018!

Seating opens at 4:00pm
Movie starts at sundown, approx. 6:30pm
Taking place in the street of Broxton Ave in between Weyburn and Kinross Ave.

The fun kicks off at 4:00pm on Broxton Ave with free pictures with Santa Claus (Buddy the Elf KNOWS HIM!), holiday themed photo-booth, live music, kids crafts, hot cocoa and more!

What can I bring into the event?
We recommend blankets, pillows, hoodies, games, sunscreen, sunglasses and snacks. The event "seating" is on a beautiful public street. Moviegoers are encouraged to bring something comfy to sit on, such as lawn chairs, blankets, pillows. Remember to be considerate of other attendees, no large chairs, i.e. beach chair, office chair, etc. 

Can I bring a picnic? Outside food and beverages?
Absolutely! Picnics are allowed. And we’ll have tasty samples from local Westwood Village businesses for you to try. This is a public street, alcohol is not allowed, no exceptions.

Is there a minimum age requirements to attend the event?
This event is open to all ages! All of our movies are family-friendly!

Are dogs allowed at the event?
Yes! Cinema Under the Stars is pet friendly! Make sure your furry pet is good with large crowds and please keep them on a leash.

What are my transportation/parking options?
The Broxton Public Parking Structure evening flat rate is $5 after 5pm. Located at 1036 Broxton Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90024.
Coming early? The Broxton Public Parking Structure is free for the first two hours before 5pm! $1.50 per 20 minutes after, up to $9 daily max. The Broxton Public Parking Structure is located up the street from the event!
